Updates to Merac Support

As part of our transition from K3 to Crowd Convert, we’re upgrading our Support Desk system on Wednesday, 15th October.

This change will help us provide a smoother, more connected support experience — making it even easier for you and your team to get the help you need.

🌐 How to Contact Merac Support

From 15th October, you’ll be able to reach our Support Team in any of the following ways — whichever suits you best:

All your team members can access the Support Portal and log support tickets by creating a simple account (which will be automatically linked to your organisation by email domain).

🧭 Getting Started with the New Support Portal

The first time you use the new Support Desk, you’ll need to create an account, which you can do whenever you are ready.

Please wait until Wednesday, 15th October before logging new support calls through the portal.

Step-by-Step: How to Create Your Account

Step 1: Go to www.merac.co.uk/portal and click “Register here.”
Step 2:
Complete all required fields (*), and press submit

Step 2: You’ll receive a verification email. Click “Verify email address.”

Step 3: After verifying, you’ll receive an on-screen confirmation that your account creation has been successful. Click “Sign In.”

Step 4: Enter your email and the password you just created.

Once you’re logged in, you can:

  • View and manage your own support tickets
  • Create new tickets
  • (Optionally) view all tickets for your organisation

If you’d like access to view all company tickets and don’t currently have it, please ask your attraction system administrator (e.g. Management or IT) to request this by emailing support@merac.co.uk.

This change will help Merac transition away from K3, providing the Merac team the ability to view a single customer record for both Support and Customer Success, and ultimately improve the service we provide.
